The total cost, a maximum of £327.00p per Seven Day Week Saturday to Saturday is inclusive of Gas, Water and Electricity, including the use of Bedding for a period of the holiday, which is Saturday arrival time between 2pm and 6pm [For exceptional travel delays - a contact number will be supplied with your booking confirmation, for you to inform us of your estimated time of arrival]. Departure will be the final Saturday of your holiday by 1000hrs to enable us to prepare the Static Holiday Home for the next Holiday Group. We operate a meet and Greet System to familiarise you with your Temporary Holiday Accommodation.
The person responsible for the Static Holiday Home, Contents and the occupants will be the Holiday Group Organiser.
The organiser must be aged 21yrs plus, with exception if they are a young family with children and over 18yrs of age. See declaration on booking form].
All male or All Female groups under the age of 25yrs of age are not permitted [Site Rules]
The only occupants permitted to reside in the Static Holiday Home during your occupancy will be the persons Registered on the booking form. Registration must be made on arrival with Hutlys Main Office for Security Occupation during your Stay and Free Issue of Site Passes.
A booked holiday can not be 'sub let' to other persons.
A £50.00p Deposit / Bond [per booked week ] Cheque/Postal Order must be paid within Seven Days of Provisionally booking your holiday to cover any losses or accidental damages occurred during your occupancy. This is returnable at the completion of your holiday, subject to inventory or Damage checking. This will be non returnable if holiday is cancelled . You are advised to take out a personal Holiday Insurance Policy [The Post Office are usually offering good deals for holiday insurance]
Holiday tariff £327.00p per week to be paid within eight weeks of commencement of holiday, Or complete, with the £50.00p per week Security Bond, on booking if the holiday is within the Eight Week Period prior to your holiday. Instalments can be arranged if requested.
A provisional booking can only be confirmed when the Bond is received. An E-mail will be sent with a confirmation Reference number and receipt of your Bond / full payment.
No Smoking Permitted inside the Static Holiday Home at any time, IT IS NOW ILLEGAL BY LAW TO SMOKE IN PREMISES WHICH ARE OCCUPIED BY OTHER USERS AT SOME TIME OR OTHER. However smoking is permitted on the veranda and grassed areas.
Cars can be parked outside the Holiday Home as long as they do not disturb the neighbouring Static Holiday / Owners Homes.
Group Organiser is responsible for supplying their own personal Towels and additional bedding should you think it is required, other than the supplied fitted mattress sheets, Quilts, Quilt Covers, Pillows and Pillow Cases. Tea Towels and Dish Clothes will be supplied for your duration together with various cleaning items.
Should you require the use of the additional stowed bed in the lounge you should inform us on you booking form. This will not incur additional costs, additional bedding will be supplied.
Please leave the Static Holiday Home in a clean condition that you expected to find it. Thank you. We hope you book with us and that you enjoy your stay.

It is advised that you should take out private Holiday Insurance to cover cancellation or losses. The Static Holiday Home has a secure Silent Alarm System which alerts the Holiday Camp Security, should an intruder attempt to break in or should you forget to reset the alarm when entering.
There is a personal electronic property safe installed which can be controlled by your own personal Pin Number for the duration of your holiday.
When Booking your Holiday it will be deemed that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions as laid out above.
There will be Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and squash on your arrival.
